AFIS EVENTS — Afghan Fall Bazar & Eid Festival Terms:

1. Registration and Payment: Booth reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received and approved by AFIS Events.

2. No Refunds or Cancellations: All booth registration fees are non-refundable. Vendors who cancel or fail to attend will not receive a refund.

3. Setup & Hours: Setup must be completed before 12:00 PM. All booths must remain open until 10:00 PM. Early packing or leaving without organizer permission is prohibited.

4. Booth Space: Vendors must operate within their designated assigned boundaries without blocking walkways or fire exits.

5. Products: Only pre-approved items listed on this registration may be sold. Counterfeit or unsafe goods are strictly forbidden.

6. Food Vendors: Food stalls must strictly adhere to Ontario Public Health Food Safety standards and hold appropriate certification.

7. Cleanliness: Booths must be maintained clean. All garbage and boxes must be disposed of properly at the conclusion of the event.

8. Liability: Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, inventory, and cash. AFIS Events is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

9. Media & Promotion: AFIS Events reserves the right to capture photos and videos for promotional broadcasts.

10. Code of Conduct: Professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards visitors, fellow vendors, and event staff is mandatory.

11. Child Vendor Supervision: Young vendors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian on-site at all times.
